DSA Middle School Athletic Awards Banquet

6:00 – 8:00pm
DSA middle school athletes and guests are invited to attend the 2012-13 Sports Awards Banquet on Tuesday, May 14th at 6pm in the main cafeteria. We look forward to celebrating the achievements of our athletes!
Athletes and coaches will be at no charge and guests are $10 each. Sub sandwiches, chips, dessert and a drink will be provided to those with a ticket. Accurate counts are needed to plan for food.
Please register no later than Friday, May 10th. Registration and ticket purchases can be done one of two ways:

- At this link If selecting this option, payment for guests will be due to Coach John Melvin by Friday, May 10th. Athletes and coaches must also register to receive a ticket. All athletes, coaches, and guests must have a ticket to eat. Checks are payable to ‘DSA Athletic Booster Club’. Tickets must be paid for and picked up by Friday, May 10th.
