MS Volleyball Puts Up Tough Fight Against Carrington

The middle school girls volleyball team lost to Carrington yesterday in a hard-fought 2 sets, 22-25, 20-25. With an 8-1 record, they are still tournament bound. Go Lady Bulldogs!!!!

Loss for Women’s Volleyball

  JV and Varsity volleyball lost their matches last night to visiting Carrboro.  They will play again on Monday at South Granville.

HS JV and Varsity Volleyball Lose to Granville Central

 JV and Varsity Volleyball lost to Granville Central last night.  Come out and support the team as they take on Cedar Ridge  Thursday.

MS Girl’s Volleyball defeat WG Pearson

Congratulations to the MS girls’ volleyball team for winning their home match against W.G. Pearson last night: 21-25, 25-19, 15-4.

Wins for JV and Varsity Volleyball Against Northwood

The JV volleyball team won last night against Northwood High School.  Varsity Volleyball won in three games against Northwood High School as well.

Victory for MS Volleyball

Congratulations to the middle school volleyball team for their victory over Shepard.  Consistent and accurate serving by Ava Pausback sealed the deal for the ladies in the 2nd game to win the match.  The team is 5 – 2 and will travel to Chewning tomorrow.

DSA MS Volleyball Defeats Neal

 Congratulations to the middle school volleyball team for defeating Neal.  This brings the team to 4 – 2.  Also, the 7th grade “Star” volleyball team also defeated Neal.  The Star team consists of Zoe Hausmann, Veronica Harper, Savanna Kanu, Anaia Brewster, & Simone Riggins.  They were assisted by Makayla Ellis and Vya Bethea.

Congratulations MS Volleyball!

Congratulations to the Middle School Volleyball Team. The Lady Bulldogs have christened the new and improved Carr Bldg gym with its first victory as they defeated Brogden. The team travels to Carrington for their next match.

Volleyball splits to Roxboro

The JV volleyball team lost to Roxboro Community School in two games last night. Varsity volleyball beat Roxboro Community School in 3 games with scores of 25-21, 32-30, and 25-11. Stephanie Lobaugh had 10 kills and 3 service aces, Chanel Motley had 7 kills and 5 block solos, Melanie Watson had 30 assist and 10 digs, Francis Olave had 4 service aces and 12 digs and Megan Williams had 17 digs.

WIN for DSA Volleyball!

 DSA Volleyball won against Franklin Academy last night in four games.  Scores were 25-14, 22-25, 25-17 and 25-18. 

Stat leaders for DSA were Stephanie Lobaugh 17 kills, 15 digs , and 2 block solos.  Chanel Motley 12 kills.  Madeline Streilein 25 assists.  Megan Williams 10 aces and 17 digs.
